5 1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Powdered Sugar
6 cup(s) H-E-B Crispy Rice Cereal
4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp unsalted butter, melted
24 Oz NestleToll House Premier White Morsels
1 M&M's Milk Chocolate Large Bag Chocolate Candies
1 H-E-B Food Coloring (Red)

Instructions

Mix sugar and cereal together in a large bowl; set aside.

Mix peanut butter and melted butter until smooth, then fold into cereal mixture.

Roll your mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

Chill in fridge for 15 minutes or until firm.

Melt white chocolate in microwave for 3 minutes, stop the microwave at every minute and stir.

With the help of a fork dip cereal balls in melted chocolate, and tap the fork at the edge of bowl to shake off excess chocolate.

Place balls back on the wax paper tray and put an M&M in the center of each to create the pupils.

Place trays in refrigerator for 15 minutes to let chocolate completely harden.

To create the veins, take red food coloring and dilute it with a few drops of water.

Using the end of a skewer or toothpick, draw on veins.
