Ingredients

15 Oz black beans, rinsed and drained
10 Oz super sweet corn, thawed
1 cup(s) jicama, julienned
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1/2 red onion, sliced thin
3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup(s) lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp lime, juiced
2 Tbsp 100% pure olive oil
1 Tsp sugar
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Tsp tabasco pepper sauce

Instructions

Combine black beans, corn, jicama, red bell pepper, onion and cilantro in a medium salad bowl.

For dressing, mix together lemon juice, lime juice, olive oil, sugar, salt and Tabasco Sauce.

Pour dressing over vegetables and refrigerate until cold.
