Recipe makes 24 Servings

8 Oz butter, melted
1 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp McCormick Cake Batter Extract
1 Tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup(s) all purpose flour
1 Tsp baking powder
3 Tbsp colored sprinkles, divided use, more if needed
6 Oz vanilla candy coating, melted according to package directions

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line the bottom of a 9" x 9" baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl combine melted butter, both sugars, eggs, salt, and flavorings. Mix to combine. Stir in flour and baking powder just until incorporated, then add in 2 tablespoons of sprinkles.

Transfer to prepared baking dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and set on a rack.

Heat vanilla candy coating according to package directions. Pour over blondies, add remaining sprinkles and cool completely.

Cut into 24 squares and enjoy!
