1 Lb H-E-B Natural Ground Angus Beef 85% Lean
1 Lb Dos Mamacitas Chorizo Made With Veal
1 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
6 hamburger buns
1 cup(s) H-E-B No Salt Added Black Beans, drained and mashed
1 cup(s) tortilla chips, crushed
1 cup(s) mild pico de gallo
1 avocado, mashed

Instructions

Heat a skillet or grill to medium-high.

Combine beef with chorizo and form into 6 equal patties.

Cook burgers 5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 155°F.

Top each patty with cheese and allow to melt 2 to 3 minutes.

To build burgers, toast buns lightly then spread a layer of beans on bottom half of each bun.

Add a layer of chips on beans followed by a burger and pico de gallo.

Spread avocado on top half of buns, then place on burgers.
