Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 1/2 Lb beef cheeks
3 Tbsp chupacabra seasoning
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 white onion, chopped into quarter size pieces
3 Qt water
2 cup(s) Big Red
1 cup(s) garlic

Instructions

Place beef cheeks on a half sheet pan. Season using chupacabra seasoning.

Heat a large non-stick skillet on high. Add meat and sear for 2 minutes on each side.

While meat is searing, in large stock pot add oil and chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes.

Add meat into the stock pot and cover with water and Big Red. Add garlic and cover pot, reduce heat to a simmer. Cook slow for 4 hours.

Shred meat and enjoy with your favorite tortilla and hot sauce.
