Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 12 oz. bottles of beer
1 jar of Four J Grilled Scallion Mustard
4 smoked sausages, plus more if desired

Instructions

In a deep pot with tight fitting lid, add beer and mustard, stir to combine.

Add sausages and bring pot to a simmer, lower heat and cover, allow to cook for 25-30 minutes. Sausages should be plump and liquid should be slightly reduced.

Serve these on your favorite bun and garnish as desired.
