Beer Braised Grilled Ribs

Recipe makes 8 Servings

2 racks St Louis style ribs, (about 5 1/2 pounds)
2 Tbsp Southside Market Original Barbeque Seasoning
12 Oz Shiner Bock Beer
9 Oz Four Escobars Barbecue Sauce, Original flavor (or flavor of your choice)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place a shallow rack on a rimmed baking sheet. Season both sides of ribs well with barbeque seasoning then place on rack.

Pour beer into pan, seal ribs well with foil and bake 2 1/2 hours.

Preheat grill to medium-high. Carefully remove ribs from oven so that remaining beer does not spill.

Place ribs on grill and sear well for 10 to 15 minutes.

Brush on sauce for the last 4 to 5 minutes, just to warm through and glaze the ribs.

Chef's Note: This recipe works well with baby back ribs too - just decrease oven cooking time by 30 minutes.
