2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 Lb Beef for stir fry
2 cup(s) Sugar snap peas
13 1/2 Oz Stir fry Chinese cooking sauce
1 cup(s) Jasmine rice, prepared according to package directions

Instructions

Place a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and sausage, and sauté 2 minutes.

Once sausage begins to brown, add vegetables and sauté an additional 2 minutes.

Stir in cooking sauce until combined. Simmer 3 minutes on medium-low.

Serve over prepared white rice.
