7 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, halved
1/2 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Almonds
3/4 cup(s) H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Basil
1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Deli Shredded Parmesan Cheese
16 Oz H-E-B Angel Hair Capellini
16 Oz large tail-on cooked shrimp
16 Oz HEB Steamable Petite Green Peas

Instructions

Combine garlic, almonds, olive oil, basil leaves and cheese in a food processor or blender bowl.

Process this pesto mixture for 30 seconds or until the almonds and garlic are chopped into a chunky smooth pesto.

Season basil pesto with salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste and place in a large pasta bowl and set aside.

Cook pasta according to package instructions, but after 4 minutes of cooking time add the frozen Hill Country Fare Large Cooked Shrimp and baby pea blend vegetables.

Cook the pasta mixture for 4 more minutes.

Drain pasta-shrimp mixture. Add the baby pea blend, and toss to warm. Combine with pesto mixture.

Toss to coat, season to taste with salt and pepper; serve immediately and enjoy.
