3/4 cup(s) Mark's Good Stuff Sweet 'n Spicy BBQ Sauce
3 H-E-B Naan Bread, plain
1 cup(s) baby spinach
10 Oz H-E-B Premium Chunk Chicken Breast In Water 2 Pack
3/4 cup(s) Italian blend cheese
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, sliced very thinly
1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) green onions, finely diced

Instructions

Heat oven to 450º F. Position one oven rack in bottom third of oven and second rack in the middle. Place a baking sheet on bottom rack to pre-heat.

Spread barbeque sauce on naan then top with layers of spinach, chicken, cheese, bell pepper, cilantro and green onions.

Remove hot baking sheet from oven, carefully add naan pizzas and return pan to oven on middle rack.

Cook 8-12 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are nicely browned. Serve immediately. Works great on the grill, too!
