5 corn tortillas
1 Oz Hidden Valley The Original Ranch Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
3 Tbsp yellow onion, minced

Instructions

Microwave barbacoa according to package instructions.

Menwhile, preheat a small non-stick pan to medium heat.

Heat tortillas on both sides until hot then place in a tortilla warmer.

When barbacoa is finished heating, stir in ranch seasoning mix until well combined.

Fill corn tortillas with barbacoa and top with cilantro and onions. Enjoy.
