1/4 cup(s) Whataburger Honey Mustard Sauce
12 Oz H-E-B Pico de Gallo
4 chicken breasts, thin sliced and pounded flat
1 Tsp Adams Reserve Lopez Family Rub
1 Tbsp Ottavio Grapeseed Oil
6 Oz H-E-B Lettuce Scoops
1/2 cup(s) queso fresco

Instructions

Combine honey mustard and pico de gallo together in a bowl and refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.

Season chicken breasts liberally with rub and set aside.

Heat oil in a large sauté pan on medium.

Sear seasoned chicken breasts 3 - 4 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Once chicken is cooked, remove from pan and rest 10 minutes before chopping.

To build taco, fill lettuce scoops with chicken and top with honey mustard mixture and garnish with queso fresco.
