Bacon Wrapped Dates with Manchego Cream

8 Oz H-E-B Whipped Regular Cream Cheese Spread, softened at room temperature
2 cup(s) Don Juan Manchego Cheese, shredded
3 Tbsp H-E-B Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Christopher Ranch California Heirloom Monviso Peeled Garlic Cloves, crushed, approximately 1/8 ounce
12 Oz Bard Valley Pitted Organic Fresh Medjool Dates, approximately 18 to 20 dates.
1 Lb Central Market Natural Uncured Black Pepper Bacon, 8 to 10 slices, cut in half, or as needed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and set aside.

While oven is preheating, add cream cheese, Manchego cheese, heavy whipping cream and garlic to a blender. Pulse until smooth and season to taste.

Using a spoon or small offset spatula, stuff dates with a little cheese mixture and press to seal.

Tightly wrap each date with a piece of cut bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed. Place on prepared pan in rows.

Bake 30 to 45 minutes or until bacon is nicely crisp. Cool before serving. Garnish with fresh chives if desired.
