Bacon Jam Pork Chops

1 Lb center cut pork chops
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 1/2 Oz bacon jam
2 Tbsp goat cheese, plain
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, minced

Instructions

Lightly season pork chops with salt and pepper.

Heat a large skillet to medium-high, add oil and brown pork for about 3-5 minutes per side or until internal temperature reads 145°F.

Spread one spoonful of bacon jam on each pork chop.

Sprinkle with goat cheese, and a garnish of cilantro. Serve & enjoy!
