Bacon Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

3 Tbsp grapeseed oil, divided use
1 1/2 Lb fresh Atlantic salmon fillets
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve House All Purpose Rub
1/2 cup(s) Better Than Good Bacon Jam
1 green onion(s), chopped for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Place a skillet over medium-high heat.

Rub 1 1/2 tablespoons of grapeseed oil on salmon fillet then season with the rub.

Add remaining oil to preheated skillet and heat until shimmering but not smoking.

Add salmon skin-side up. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, flip fish, and cook an additional 4 minutes, depending on thickness of fish.

Spoon bacon jam over fish and bake for 1 to 2 minutes to finish cooking (allow 10 minutes total cooking time per inch of thickness).

Garnish with green onions and serve.
