1 Lb H‑E‑B 90% Lean Ground Beef Sirloin
4 slices Oscar Mayer Naturally Hardwood Smoked Bacon, cut into ½ in pieces
1 small sweet onion, chopped
8 Oz Kraft Velveeta Original Cheese, cut into ½ in cubes
1 Pillsbury Classic Pizza Crust

Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray and set aside.

Brown ground beef with bacon and onions in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain, return meat to skillet and add Velveeta. Cook 5 minutes or until melted, stirring frequently. Cool 10 minutes.

Unroll pizza dough on prepared sheet pan and press into a 15x8-inch rectangle. Top evenly with meat mixture. Starting along a long side, roll up the dough and meat to make a log. Pinch edges to seal and turn seam-side down on pan.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
