1/2 cup(s) Enjoy Life Semi sweet mini chocolate chips
1 Large avocado, ripe
1/2 Tsp Vanilla extract
1/4 Tsp Ground cinnamon
1/4 Tsp Cayennne pepper seasoning
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
2 Tbsp Unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions

Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds at a time, until completely melted. Stirring frequently.

In separate bowl, mix avocado until completely smooth. Add vanilla, cinnamon, cayenne, and cocoa powder. Stir until combined.

Next add in melted chocolate and stir until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until hardened. About an hour.

Using 1 once scoop or spoon make small truffles. Roll them lightly in your hands to make balls then roll them lightly in coconut. Store in the fridge or freezer.
