Ingredients

1 Tbsp canola oil
1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 Tsp hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tsp ginger, grated
1 1/2 Lb chicken thighs

Instructions

Combine all ingredients together in large zip top bag. Place chicken in bag marinate 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade, gently shaking off any extra and place on grill.

Grill chicken thighs about 7 minutes per side.

Note: Thighs have lots of fat so they can cause flare ups, which can cause bitter and undesirable flavors.…Keep spray bottle of water by grill to put out any unruly flames.
