Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp light brown sugar
1 Tsp garlic powder
1/2 Tsp ground ginger
1/2 Tsp Central Market Organic Chinese Five Spice
1/2 Tsp black pepper
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce Lite
2 Tbsp ginger, minced
2 Tsp corn starch
2 cup(s) sugar snap peas, trimmed
1 cup(s) Matchstix Carrots

Instructions

Blend sugar with seasonings. Rub over both sides of chicken; set chicken aside 15 to 20 minutes.

Prepare charcoal fire or heat gas grill on high; oil grill grate well. Grill chicken over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until done.

While chicken cooks; combine, orange juice, soy sauce, ginger and cornstarch for the sauce. Mix well in small bowl and set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat; coat with oil or spray pan with nonstick spray.

Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 to 5 minutes or until just crisp-tender.

Stir in sauce mixture and remove from heat.

Serve chicken with vegetables and steamed rice, if desired.
