Al Pastor Honey Glazed Wings

2 pkgs. whole chicken wings
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 cup(s) Red Rio Al Pastor Sauce
1/4 cup(s) honey
1/3 cup(s) cilantro, finely chopped, divided use

Instructions

Place 1 oven rack in the lowest position in the oven and the second rack 6 inches from the top. Place a baking sheet on the lower rack. Preheat oven to 450ºF.

Remove baking sheet from preheated oven. Carefully arrange chicken wings on hot pan, place on lower rack and bake 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, pour Red Rio Adobo Sauce in a bowl and whisk in honey and half of cilantro. Set aside.

Remove chicken from oven and brush with half the sauce. Place on top rack and bake 10 more minutes (wings may also be finished for the last 10 minutes on a hot grill if preferred).

Remove from oven and slather wings with rest of sauce. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro and serve immediately.

Optional garnish: cool, fresh sliced jicama and pineapple, if desired.
