Air Fryer Sweet and Sour Chicken Kabobs

24 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Gluten Free Breaded Chicken Chunks
1 medium red bell pepper
1/2 medium red onion
1 Tsp olive oil
1 cup(s) sweet chili sauce
11 Oz fresh pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup(s) fresh cilantro, chopped, leaves only

Instructions

Place chicken on a plate and microwave for 2 minutes on high and set aside.

Cut bell pepper and onion into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces. Drizzle lightly with oil.

Thread chicken, peppers and onion onto skewers and snap into the rotisserie wheel of the air fryer. Cook 15 minutes at 400ºF.

While chicken is cooking, warm sweet chili sauce in microwave for 1 minute.

Remove rotisserie attachment from air fryer. Using a towel, gently pop each skewer out and slide food onto serving plate. Drizzle with warm sauce and top with pineapple and cilantro.
