8 Oz hard tofu, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 cup(s) portabella cap mushrooms, whole
1 cup(s) red onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 Oz fresh mild salsa

Instructions

Set airfryer to 425ºF. Place tofu, mushrooms, and red onions in a large bowl, and toss with extra virgin olive oil.

Transfer to the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes, adding fresh salsa during the last 2 minutes.
