Air Fried Seasoned Chicken Nuggets

Recipe makes 2 Servings

12 Oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, 2 inch pieces
1/2 cup(s) all purpose flour, more as needed to coat
1/2 Tsp onion powder
1/2 Tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
2 large eggs, whisked
1/2 cup(s) panko crumbs
1/2 cup(s) whole wheat bread crumbs

Instructions

Cut chicken into 2 inch cubes, then place in a bowl and set aside.

In a medium size bowl, combine all purpose flour, onion powder, lemon pepper, and garlic powder and set aside.

In another bowl, whisk the eggs and set aside.

In a medium size bowl, combine panko crumbs and whole wheat bread crumbs and set aside.

Place cubed chicken into bowl of all purpose flour mix and coat chicken evenly.

Once coated with flour, place chicken into egg mixture and coat with egg.

Once egg is coated on chicken, place into bowl with panko crumbs and whole wheat bread crumbs.

After chicken is covered in panko crumbs and whole wheat bread crumbs, add to air fryer bowl. Set air fryer to 475°F for 15 minutes.

Take out of air fryer when ready, let cool, and enjoy!
