4 frozen chicken breasts
1 lime(s), juiced, juiced and zested
2 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp light agave nectar
1 Tsp chili powder
1 fresh garlic clove, minced

Instructions

Remove chicken breasts from freezer and defrost according to package directions.

To make the marinade, combine ingredients 2 - 7 in medium sized bowl, add chicken and coat well. Cover and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Preheat grill to medium high-heat.

Grill chicken for approximately 5 minutes per side or until an internal thermometer reads 165°F.

Remove from grill and serve with salad or roasted vegetables.
