Adobo Shrimp and Asparagus Alfredo with Penne

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 Lb peeled and deveined Argentinian Red Shrimp, thawed
1 1/2 Tsp Central Market Organics Adobo Seasoning, plus more as needed
16 Oz penne pasta
2 Tbsp H-E-B Organics Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 Oz asparagus, cut into thirds
9 Oz H-E-B Creamy Parmesan Italian Cooking Sauce
1/3 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup(s) pecorino Romano cheese, grated, plus more as needed

Instructions

Place shrimp in a bowl and toss with adobo seasoning. Set aside to marinate while making pasta.

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a big pinch of salt and pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

Set a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add oil and asparagus. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.

Add creamy Parmesan cooking sauce then add seasoned shrimp, toss and continue cooking until shrimp are fully cooked, approximately 5 to 7 minutes.

Add cooked pasta and cheeses, toss with shrimp mixture and cook an additional 2 to 3 minutes to just melt cheese. Season to taste with more adobo seasoning.

Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with more cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
