24 Oz H-E-B Natural Breaded Chicken Breast Chunks
2 Tbsp La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil
1 cup(s) East-West Zesty Orange Cooking & Dipping Sauce, plus more as needed
10 Oz H-E-B Whole Grain Brown Rice
1/2 cup(s) green onions, thinly chopped, as needed for garnish

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Toss chicken chunks with sesame oil and place onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake 15 minutes, then remove.

Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat, add chicken and continue to cook until slightly crunchy before adding sauce.

Once sauce is added continue to stir-fry in until chicken is completely coated. Sauce should be sticky and hot. Remove from heat.

While chicken rests, heat rice in microwave and place into a serving bowl once hot. Pour orange chicken over rice and garnish with green onions. Season to taste as needed.
