1 fully cooked beef pot roast
16 Oz frozen soup vegetables
20 Oz Central Market Frozen Wild Mushrooms in Garlic Herb Sauce
3 cup(s) low sodium vegetable juice
1 cup(s) beef bone broth

Instructions

Remove pot roast from package (save the liquid) and cut into bite size pieces.

Place beef, reserved liquid and all other ingredients into a 3 quart saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook 20 minutes. Serve.
