1 Hour Korean Braised Pork Ribs

1 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup(s) kosher salt, plus more as needed to taste
1 H-E-B Natural Pork Spareribs, rack cut in half or into quarters
1 cup(s) H-E-B Organic Korean BBQ Sauce, plus more as needed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400ºF.

Fill a large pot with 3 quarts of water, vinegar, and salt. Bring to a boil and add ribs.

Cook 30 minutes then remove ribs, shaking off excess water, place in a bowl while still hot. Add BBQ sauce and toss to coat. Place ribs on a sheet pan lined with foil or parchment paper.

Bake 30 minutes then allow to cool, brush more sauce on ribs while resting. Season to taste as needed with salt, pepper and more BBQ sauce.
