Remove tray from outer carton. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven. Bake for 75 minutes, remove film and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Carefully remove tray from oven. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
