Microwave (recommended method): Place bag with back panel facing up in the microwave. Do not open, cut, or pierce bag. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Carefully remove vegetables from bag and serve. Microwaves do vary; cooking time may need adjusting.
Stovetop: Heat skillet over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Pour frozen vegetables into skillet and sauté for 3 - 5 minutes or until tender.
