  • Microwave:
    Place bag in microwave with the correct side facing up. Do not open, cut or pierce the bag. Microwave on HIGH power for 5 - 6 minutes or to desired tenderness. Contents will be hot. Carefully remove vegetables from bag and season to taste. Microwaves vary; cooking time may need adjusting.

    Stovetop:
    Bring 1-1/2 cups water to a boil. Add frozen vegetables and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook uncovered for 2 - 3 minutes or to desired tenderness. Drain and season to taste. Avoid overcooking.
