The Wyngaard Mustard/Truffle Duo contains two of Holiday favorite flavored wedges of 3.5 oz each, presented in a Holiday giftpack. Great to pair with a white Pouilly Fume wine or a sturdy red Pinotage. A combination of the two finest flavored wedges. The cheeses are matured for 4 months and are refined with special aromatic herbs. A special, secret process is used to merge the herbs with the cheese. The beautiful thing is that you can taste the herbs and cheese both as a blend or individually. The mustard cheese is an all time favorite, where the flavor of the mustard is gradually released into the cheese and pairs extremely well with the creamy Gouda cheese. The flavor of the truffle cheese will surprise you, as it balances perfectly with the cheese.
