Together we’ll make oatmeal chocolate chunk cookies: You will need 1 egg. 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened. 1 tbsp water. Lets get started! (1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet or line with parchment paper. (2) Prepare: Cream butter and organic brown sugar pouch in a large bowl. Add egg and water. Mix until blended. Add cookie mix pouch contents to the same bowl and mix until well blended. Scrape sides and bottom of bowl. (3) Using 2 tablespoons of dough, form rounded balls and place on cookie sheet 3 inches apart. Bake: at 350 degrees F. Bake time 12-14 minutes. (4) Let cool on wire rack. Enjoy warm.
