    Parboiled White Rice (Enriched with Ferric Orthophosphate {Iron}, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate), Dehydrated Onion, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Salt, Dehydrated Bell Peppers, Dehydrated Garlic, Spices, Silicon Dioxide (to Prevent Caking), Worcestershire Powder (Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Molasses Powder, Autolyzed Yeast Extract, Sugar, Salt, Caramel Color, Dextrose, Onion Powder, Spices, Garlic Powder, Spice Extractives, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Silicon Dioxide (to Prevent Caking), Chili Powder.

  • Stove Top: 1. In a saucepan, brown 1-1/2 lbs. ground meat. Drain fat. Add 3-1/3 cups cool water and contents of package. 2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before serving, stir in 1/4 cup chopped green onion. Microwave: 1. In a microwaveable dish, combine 1-1/2 lbs. precooked ground meat, 3-1/3 cups cool water and contents of package. Stir and cover. 2. Cook on high 5 minutes. Cook another 20-25 minutes on 50% power. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Before serving, stir in 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
