Ingredients
100% Cocoa Processed with Alkali.- Make HOMEMADE CHOCOLATE SYRUP: 1 cup water 1 1/2 cups Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa 3/4 cups Powdered Sugar 2 tsp Rodelle Organic Chocolate Extract. In a saucepan brinw water to low simmer. Add in Rodelle Gourmet Baking Cocoa, whisk until smooth, turn off heat. Add powdered sugar and whisk to incorporate. Add Chocolate Extract and whisk to incorporate.
