Made on equipment also used to make milk chocolate; not suitable for individuals with milk allergies.- Cocoa Rouge Substitutions: To substitute Cocoa Rouge for unsweetened baking chocolate: For each ounce of unsweetened chocolate called for in your recipe, use 3 tablespoons cocoa powder plus 1 tablespoon butter. Cocoa Beverage Preparation Instructions: For an individual serving, combine 2 tablespoons Cocoa Rouge and 2 tablespoons sugar in a microwave safe mug. Measure out one cup of milk. Stir 1-1/2 tablespoons milk into cocoa powder to form a smooth paste. Mix in remaining milk. Enjoy cold or heat in microwave for 1 minute or to desired temperature.
