    Ingredients

    Long Grain Rice, Iron Phosphate, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate and Folic Acid.
  • Stove Top: 1. Bring water to a boil in a medium sauce pan. 2. Stir in rice and cover. Remove from heat. 3. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve. Servings (cup of cooked rice) 2: 1 Rice (cups); 1 Water (cups); 1 tsp Butter (optional); 1 tsp Salt (optional). Servings (cup of cooked rice) 4: 2 Rice (cups); 2 Water (cups); 2 tsp Butter (optional); 2 tsp Salt (optional). Servings (cup of cooked rice) 6: 3 Rice (cups); 3 Water (cups); 1 tbsp Butter (optional); 1 tbsp Salt (optional). Microwave: Microwave: (For best results, use stove top cooking method). 1. Combine water and rice in a 2-quart microwave-safe dish. 2. Microwave on high for time shown. 3. Remove from microwave and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes, or until all water is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve. Servings 2: 5 Microwave minutes. Servings 4: 7 Microwave minutes. Servings 6: 9 Microwave minutes. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. For firmer rice, use less water and reduce cooking time; For softer rice, use more water and increase cooking time; To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking.
