Description

As we did with all of our sauces and spices, for months we
worked on this recipe. A pinch of this, a touch of that, right up
until that ah-ha! moment happened and we knew we got it right!
This is our Memphis-style BBQ sauce, harkening back to Andy
Marshalls childhood savory tomato-based sauce that's sweet
with no heat, and just about as versatile as it gets.
