  • Bake All You Need: 1/3 cup oil; 3 tbsp. water; 1 egg (If desired, substitute 1 egg white or 1/4 cup egg substitutes for the egg). Baking Instructions: 1. Set oven temperature according pan type per chart below. Coat bottom of pan with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Beat water, oil, and egg in a large bowl until fully blended. Add brownie mix and stir until blended, about 50 strokes. Spread into prepared pan. Batter may be thicker than regular brownie batter. 3. Bake per chart below. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. Double Batch: Coat bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine 2 packages brownie mix, 2/3 cup oil, 1/4 cup water, and 2 eggs; mix as directed above. Bake at 350 degrees F for 33 to 37 minutes. Pan Size: Metal/glass; 350 degrees F bake time. Dark Coated; 325 degrees F bake time. 8 x 8-inch; 28 to 32 min. bake time. 9 x 9-inch; 26 to 30 min. bake time. Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted.
