Contains wheat ingredients. May contain egg, milk, and soybean ingredients.- You Will Need: 2/3 cup oil; 1/4 cup water; 2 eggs. Substitutions: Eggs: 3 egg whites. Baking Instructions: 1. Set oven to 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan. For dark-coated pan, set oven to 325 degrees F. Coat bottom of pan with non-stick cooking spray. 2. Beat water, oil and egg in a medium bowl until fully blended. Add brownie mix and stir blended, about 50 strokes. Spread into prepared pan. 3. Bake at 350 degrees F for metal or glass pan and 325 degrees F for dark coated pan. Bake as directed in chart below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from safe of pan comes out almost clean. Cut and serve when completely cooled. Store loosely covered. Pan Size: 13 x 9-inch thick; Bake Time (Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted): 28 to 31 min. Pan Size: 9 x 9-inch thicker; Bake Time (Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens vary; baking time may need to be adjusted): 45 to 50 min. Double Batch: Coat bottom of 15x10-inch pan. Combine 2 packages brownie mix, 1 1/3 cups oil, 1/2 cup water and 4 eggs; mix as directed above. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 37 minutes. Warning: Do not eat raw batter.
