    Ingredients

  • You Will Need: 6-8 (1/2 inch thick) boneless pork chops and 1 egg. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Coat metal baking sheet with cooking spray. 1 egg to moisten. To Prepare: 1. Moisten: Moisten chops with beaten egg; shake off excess. Empty coating mix onto plate. 2. Coat: Coat chops on all sides by pressing firmly into the coating mix. Discard any remaining coating mix. 3 Bake: Bake on baking sheet with cooking spray until done (minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for pork chops, when tested with meat thermometer). Boneless pork chops: 25 min. Let chops stand 3 min. Before serving. Do not cover or turn meat while baking. No-Egg Directions: Prepare as directed, moistening chops with water instead of the egg.
