Contains: WHEAT, MILK, EGG. Keep refrigerated.- Oven: Cook at 450°F for 16-18 min. Remove plastic before cooking. Stir half way through cooking. Cook product to an internal temperature of 165°F.
Air Fryer: Cook at 350°F for 8 - 10 minutes. Remove film from metal pan. Set air fryer to 350°F. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes or until 165°F internal temperature.
