About Savor Patisserie
Founded by Kelli Watts in 2014, Savor Patisserie started out in a sugar-covered Dallas apartment. Kelli, who is half-French but was born and raised in Abilene, Texas, taught herself how to bake macarons and created her own proprietary recipes. After selling at a local farmers market and through wholesalers like Neiman Marcus, she opened her first shop in East Dallas in 2016. Savor Patisserie won the grand prize in the 2021 H-E-B Quest for Texas Best; and today, they employ over 40 people and have three shop locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Savor Patisserie also ships their award-winning French macarons all over the U.S. and offers baking classes.
