Contains: soybeans, wheat.- Preparation Time: 5 minutes. Cooking Time: 15 minutes (makes 4-6 servings). Ingredients: 16 oz chicken breast, sliced; 2 oz green bell pepper, sliced; 2 oz yellow bell pepper, sliced; 1 tsp sesame seeds; 1/4 cup flour; 1/8 cup cornstarch; 1 egg; 1/2 tsp baking powder; 1/2 tsp salt; 3 tbsp salad oil; 1/4 cup water; 1 tbsp cooking oil; 1 cup Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Honey Sesame Chicken. 1. Mix flour, cornstarch, egg, baking powder, salt, salad oil, and water in a bowl. Add chicken and mix well. Set aside. 2. Deep-fry chicken on high heat. Stir occasionally for 6-8 minutes or until chicken is crisp and golden-brown. Drain and set aside. 3. Add cooking oil to pan on high heat. Add vegetables. 4. Add Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Honey Sesame Chicken and stir fry until sauce boils. 5. Add chicken and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. 6. Remove all ingredients from pan and sprinkle sesame seeds on chicken. Ready to serve. Serve with rice or noodles. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately. Best before: see sealed top for date.
