Ingredients
Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Spices, Yeast Extract, Rice Concentrate, Sunflower Oil, Natural Flavor.- Instructions: Instant Pot: 1. On saute function, heat 2 tbsp oil and sear 2.5 lb of pot roast, 5 min per side. 2. Chop 4 cups vegetables (potatoes, onions, carrots) and toss with 2 tbsp flour. 3. Add vegetables, Kinder's seasoning, 1 cup beef stock (or water) and 1 tbsp tomato paste. 4. Cook on high for 60 minutes, release pressure and cool 15 minutes. Instructions: Stovetop / Oven: 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in Dutch oven or heavy pan sear 2.5 lb of pot roast, 5 minutes per side. 2. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Chop 4 cups vegetables and toss with 2 tbsp flour to coat. 3. Add vegetables, Kinder's seasoning, 2 cups beef stock (or water) and 1 tbsp tomato paste to Dutch oven. 4. Cook in oven for 2.5 hours and rest 15 minutes before serving. Store in a cool, dry place.
