One serving (2 capsules) of this product contains up to as much caffeine as 2.5 cups of coffee. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine. Consult a medical doctor before starting any diet or exercise program. Do not exceed recommended serving. 3 Steps to Success: Step 01: Take your Hydroxycut product of choice, twice daily, 30 minutes to 1 hour before your two largest meals. Step 02: Maintain a calorie-reduced diet. Step 03: Include at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise daily. Day 1-3: 1 capsule 2x daily. Day 4 & Beyond: 2 capsules 2x daily. Directions: Once tolerance has been assessed take two (2) capsules with a glass of water two times daily approximately 30 to 60 minutes before your 2 main meals. Do not exceed two (2) capsules in a 4-hour period and/or four (4) capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. For best results, use Hydroxycut for 60 days in conjunction with a calorie-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Consume 8 to 10 glasses of water per day.
