Directions for Slimquick Pure : Take the first serving (3 tablets) in the morning with breakfast and the second serving (3 tablets) 6 hours later with an afternoon meal or snack, each time with 8 fl. oz of water. If you are sensitive to caffeine, start gradually by taking 1 tablet per serving in the morning and afternoon on the first day, 2 tablets per serving in the morning and afternoon on the second day and 3 tablets per serving on the third day and beyond. Do not exceed 6 tablets in a 24-hour period. Slimquick Pure should be used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and regular exercise program. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime.
