Preheat oven to 350'F for metal and glass pans, 325'F for dark or coated pans*. Grease sides and bottom of each pan with shortening or oil spray. Flour lightly. (Use baking cups for cupcakes.) 2. Combine: cake MIX, 1 cup WATER, 1/4 cup vegetable OIL and 3 large EGG WHITES in a large bowl on low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). BEAT at medium speed for 2 minutes. Combine cake mix, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large bowl. Beat at low speed with electric mixer until smooth and creamy (approx. 2 minutes). Stir in butterscotch chips and pecans. Spread in pan. 3. Bake at 375'F for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
