DO NOT CONSUME/EAT RAW BATTER. KEEP IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. Contains: WHEAT, SOY MANUFACTURED IN A FACILITY THAT PROCESSES MILK, EGGS, WALNUTS, PEANUTS- YOU WILL NEED: 1 CUP WATER | 3 LARGE EGGS | 1/3 CUP VEGETABLE OIL 1. Preheat oven to 350'F for metal and glass pans, 325'F for dark or coated pans*. GREASE sides and bottom of each pan with shortening or oil spray. Flour lightly. (Use baking cups for cupcakes.) 2. Combine: Cake MIX, 1 cup WATER, 1/3 cup vegetable OIL and 3 large EGGS in a large bowl on low speed until moistened (about 30 seconds). Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter in pans and bake immediately. 3. Bake following chart below. *Add 3-5 minutes to bake time for dark or coated pans. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes. Cool completely before frosting. RECIPE SUGGESTIONS: GOOEY BUTTER CAKE Prep Time: 15 minutes Bake Time: 35 minutes Chill Time: 20 minutes You Will Need: Cake: 1 box HILL COUNTRY FARE YELLOW CAKE MIX 1/2 cup BUTTER, softened 2 EGGS Filling: 8 oz H-E-B CREAM CHEESE, softened 1 lb. POWDERED SUGAR 1 EGG 1. Preheat oven to 350'F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. 2. In a large mixing bowl combine Yellow Cake Mix, butter and 2 eggs. Blend on low speed of mixer for 1 minute; continue beating on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl often. 3. Spread cake mixture into prepared pan. 4. Prepare topping by adding cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 egg to a large mixing bowl. Beat 1 minute on low speed; continue beating on medium speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl often. 5. Spread topping mixture over cake mixture. 6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. 7. Cool completely before serving.
