Time: 15 minutes ¼ cup MARGARINE (4 tablespoons) 6 cups HILL COUNTRY FARE MINIATURE MARSHMALLOWS 1 ½ teaspoon VANILLA 6 cups CRISPY RICE CEREAL STOVE-TOP: Melt margarine in a 3-quart saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows, stirring until melted and smooth. Stir in vanilla. Remove marshmallow mixture from heat and pour over cereal; stir until well coated. Spray hands with non-stick cooking spray and press mixture into prepared baking dish. Let cool and cut into squares. MICROWAVE: 1. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place 6 cups of cereal into an extra large mixing bowl; set aside. 2. Place margarine in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave 1 ½ more minutes or until marshmallows are melted. Stir melted marshmallows and add vanilla. 3. Pour marshmallow mixture over cereal and stir until well coated. Spray hands with non-stick cooking spray and press mixture into prepared baking dish. In a medium-size bowl, combine ice cream, cereal and marshmallows. 2. Blend with a large spoon. 3. Scoop ice cream mixture into graham cracker crust. Cover and freeze for 1 to 2 hours. 4.
